To reach Hispanic and Latina women in Southwest Florida, we launched a culturally resonant maternal health campaign featuring trusted local physicians. The initiative included seven professionally produced video shoots, each tailored for paid social media advertising.
This example showcases one of those social ads, crafted with a detailed storyboard, bilingual script, targeted content, engaging captions, and sound design — all optimized to drive meaningful audience engagement and health awareness.

Virtual Workforce Symposium – COVID-19 Response
At CareerSource Southwest Florida, I led the development and delivery of a three-part virtual workforce symposium in response to urgent community needs during the COVID-19 pandemic. Designed for employers, job seekers, and stakeholders, this initiative was the first of its kind for the organization.
Using Zoom to connect expert panelists across sectors, we facilitated dynamic conversations around workforce recovery, hiring trends, and regional resources. The project culminated in a final video recap and comprehensive report to showcase outcomes, insights, and next steps — reinforcing our commitment to economic resilience and community connection.
